Returning your goods is simple. You can return any item as long as it is in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once received we will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge).
A copy of the Returns Form can be obtained by emailing a request to firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you place another order and return the original. This is to ensure the item you want is in stock, as availability can change very quickly.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
In order for items to be refunded they must be returned unwashed, unworn and unused in their original condition with original tags and packaging with proof of purchase and a completed returns form.

Please note it is very important that when you return an item we know who the return relates to, so please ensure you enclose the completed returns form. Without this information we won’t be able to identify which customer has sent the return and take the appropriate action.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back.
Goods returned within 28 days of purchase with a slight fault, for example some loose stitching, will either be professionally repaired or replaced on a like for like basis.
If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
Please note the following:
• All return charges are the customer's liability.
• We will refund postage/ shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
Any return not complying with these terms will be rejected. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
